Our History

Difazio & DiFazio is a father and son law practice which began in 1990 when Rocco V. DiFazio and Kenneth J. DIFzio began practicing at 119 Broad Street, Weymouth, Massachusetts. Rocco Difazio, a retired Weymouth police prosecutor, and Kenneth J. DiFazio, both graduates of Suffolk Law School, have been providing legal services to South Shore and Boston area clients. The practice grew and 25 years have passed since that day.

Kenneth J. DiFazio

Ken DiFazio graduated from Maine Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree and went on to obtain a Masters in Business administration from Central Michigan Universtiy. In 1990, he became a member of the Massachusetts bar after graduating from Suffolk University Law School. As a father of four and a City Councilor in the Town of Weymouth for over 15 years, Ken has been providing legal services to families and individuals on a wide array of issues.  Attorney DiFazio has previously personally experienced the legal problems you may bring to his office and that’s why in all of his areas of practice he welcomes the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your legal matter through a complimentary initial consultation.
